Cupcake Camp San Gabriel Valley Sponsorship Opportunities
1. Cupcake Container Sponsor- $500
One of our largest expenses for the event is purchasing 1000 cupcake holders so that each participant may carry their cupcakes. In addition to the other advertising perks for sponsorship, we will also be putting a sticker with this sponsor’s logo (logo to be provided by the organization) on a 4 inch by 5 inch sticker on each of the boxes as well as on the posters being sent out regarding the event.
2. Advertising Sponsor- $500 (two-three Advertising Sponsors are needed)
The donation from the advertising sponsor will cover the expenses associated with production of the tickets, posters and postcards advertising the events. In addition to the other advertising perks for sponsorship, we will also include this sponsor’s logo (logo to be provided by the organization) on each of the posters being sent out regarding the event.
3. Cupcake Baking Contest Sponsor- $500
At our event there will be a professional and an amateur cupcake baking contest. The sponsor for this contest will cover the costs associated with the set up and prizes for the cupcake baking contest. Your organization’s logo (logo to be provided by the organization) will be displayed on the tables of the Cupcake Baking Contest and advertised as the sponsor of this event as well as on our event posters.
4. Cupcake Eating Contest Sponsor- $150
Thank you Rose Wentz State Farm Insurance for being the 2011 Sponsor for the Cupcake Eating Contest!!
To add a little excitement to the event, we will be having a cupcake eating contest. The sponsorship of this event will cover the costs associated with the cupcake eating contest. As the sponsor of this event, your organization’s logo (logo to be provided by the organization) will be displayed on the cupcake eating contest tables.
5. General Event Sponsor- Three levels $100, $250, and $500 (multiple general event sponsorships available.
As a general event sponsor, your donation will assist in covering the general costs for the event such as table/tablecloth rental, custodial services, coffee/tea/soda/water to sell, banners, DJ, etc. General donation sponsors of $250 or more will have their organization’s logo (logo to be provided by the organization) included on our event poster.
All sponsors of $100 or more will be recognized on our Cupcake Camp SGV banner at the event.
To be included as a donor on our event posters, the donation must be received by April 21st.
